Planning & Scope
Nolan House, is an acute mental health unit attached to the Albury Base Hospital, and is currently undergoing an upgrade as part of the NSW Governments improvement to mental health facilities in the Albury Wodonga area. Southern Cross Developers were the successful tenderer for this 3 stage upgrade.
The upgrade took over twelve months to complete and now is fully operational.
