One of the services offered by Southern Cross Developers is project management. In this instance Adam White, our project manager, acted as superintendent for the construction of the Bendigo Day Surgery building. As an extra challenge for this particular project, Adam took over the job after building works had commenced after the previous provider was unable to continue their role as superintendent. The building was completed on time and budget and the client was extremely happy.
