Southern Cross Developers were engaged to construct the new production facility, “Fred’s Shed”, on the new site at 28 Churchill Ave, Bright, as the existing brewery was operating at full capacity. “Bight Brewer is a 2017 Victorian Tourism Awards Gold Winner.”

Once completed the new site offers a state of the art production facility with the ability to scale production capacity up to 2 million litres.  The new facility will house the new corporate site and also provide for future incorporation of leading sustainability practices.

The project included the demolition and removal of the old concrete slab on the new site and the demolition of the old metal staircase at the western end of the existing building.  Then the building of the new building to house the new production plant and offices, as well as modifications to the existing building.
