Southern Cross Developers were successful tenderers to complete another IMED clinic fitout at Victory House at 427 to 435 Malvern Road, South Yarra for Group HIS.

This new IMED – “Victoria House Medical Imaging”, was fitted out with the purpose of providing Low dose CT scanning for a safe and more accurate patient diagnosis.  As well as aiming to be the major provider of Sports Medicine Imaging in Australia, along with gaining international recognition for the diagnosis of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries and disease.  There is also a comprehensive/expert ultrasound service specializing in general medicine, obstetrics, gynaecology, vascular conditions and image guided injections.

Victory House previously was a BMW showroom and the fitout involved demolition and removal of the previous showroom.

Southern Cross Developers completely  fitted out the building as per the plans and specifications to enable this new Medical Imaging practice to be able to be operative in January 2018.
