In our first project for Choice Retirement Communities, a new high class, mixed use community building was required. The spacious, brilliantly designed Clubhouse incorporates smoothly integrated activity areas such as the ballroom, member’s bar, dining room, lounge, spectacular 18 to 20 seat ‘Gold Class’ style cinema, full size billiards table, well stocked library with meeting room, arts and craft areas and computer room. Community members keep fit in the fully equipped gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and king size spa pool. Numerous indoor/outdoor lounge and BBQ areas enable the residents to catch up throughout the day and evenings with a coffee or a cold glass of wine. High class finishes and fixtures were used throughout the building making it the centre piece and beating heart of the retirement village.
