Southern Cross Developers completed an internal refurbishment of an office space at NB109, the headquarters building at the North Bandiana Army Barracks.  Refurbishment included a complete gutting of the upper level, some structural modifications, widening of door openings, new glazed wall offices and large areas of office partition space.  To supplement these changes, mechanical, electrical and data alterations were also needed.  A main component of this project was installation of a lift to provide alternate access to the first floor.
