A successful competitive tender led to a fantastic outcome for Moira Shire, the residents of Numurkah and Southern Cross Developers. A two storey building with downstairs containing change rooms and training facilities for netball, cricket and football clubs, administration areas, public amenities, bar and canteen. Amenities, commercial kitchen, bar and function room upstairs which open into a large deck overlooking the main sports ground complete this fantastic facility.

Southern Cross Developers won the MBA Regional Building Awards Excellence in Construction of Commercial Building $1m – $3m in 2010 for this project.
