Southern Cross Developers were selected as a result of a competitive tender process to construct the new Trades Skill Centre at Trinity Anglican College, Thurgoona. Construction commenced early July 2014 and was completed in November 2014.

The project involved the construction of a single storey building which features waffle pod slab, rendered masonry and Colorbond clad walls with a Ritek insulated roof system.
