Albury Waste Management Centre – Material Recovery Facility
- This project involves construction of a large warehouse and office building, approximately 2975 square metres.
- This building will house a state of the art sorting machine for recycling goods as part of the Albury City Halve Waste program.
Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre expansion
- This is an $11 million project for construction of a new and much larger gymnasium for the Rural City of Wangaratta.
- There will be a new state-of-the-art show court, two extra basketball courts and refurbishment of the existing courts.
- The gymnasium will be fully airconditioned and have specialised sport flooring laid.
- Completion is scheduled for early in 2024.
Beechworth Primary School Upgrade
- This $6.5 million project involves total refurbishment of the historic, full brick, school built in 1875. Removal of any unsympathetic building works that have taken place over a number of decades will also be included in the project.
- Care has been taken to remain sympathetic to the original building which included the sourcing of slate tiles, heritage mouldings etc.
- New additions include playing courts, toilets, canteen and an extension to the newer area for a Principal’s office and staff amenities.
- The building will have a full reverse cycled air conditioning system installed for the comfort of students and teachers.
- Completion is expected late 2023.
ARB Albury Store
- This is a brand new building showcasing a showroom, workshop and offices that will become the biggest country dealership for sales, fitting and warehousing of all ARB’s products.
