Southern Cross Developers were once again engaged by Hops Products Australia to build a New Hops Processing Plant, this time in South Merriang. This processing plant was built on a green field site, and it didn’t come without it’s challenges, as it was being constructed during the Bushfires that ravaged NSW and Victoria during January 2020.
