ARB Albury Store

Southern Cross Developers was engaged to deliver the new $4 million ARB Albury Store, creating a purpose-built facility that combines retail, workshop and warehouse operations within a single, modern development. Designed to support ARB's expanding customer base, the project provides a highly functional space that enhances both the customer experience and day-to-day business operations.

The development features a 390m² showroom, a 680m² workshop and a 1,038m² warehouse, complemented by modern offices, a customer waiting area, staff lunchroom and dedicated amenities. Constructed using precast concrete panels, structural steel framing and an Alucobond-clad shopfront, the building delivers a contemporary appearance while providing the durability required for a high-performing commercial environment.

Completed in March 2024, the facility incorporates reinforced concrete flooring throughout, polished concrete within the showroom and rubber-sealed concrete finishes in the workshop and warehouse areas. Energy-efficient design principles and integrated fire protection systems were also incorporated into the build, resulting in a high-quality automotive facility that reflects Southern Cross Developers' expertise in delivering complex commercial and industrial construction projects.
