Southern Cross Developers was once again engaged by Blacklocks Ford Wodonga to undertake the refurbishment of its Melbourne Road dealership, continuing a trusted relationship built on successful project delivery. The project focused on upgrading key structural and building services components to improve the safety, functionality and longevity of the existing facility while allowing the dealership to continue serving customers.

The scope of works included repairs to the existing roof trusses, refurbishment of the external soffit and the installation of a new mechanical system to improve the building's performance and comfort.
